This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the standards and rules for using adamsbridge App ("adamsbridge App", "we", "our", or "us"), including all current and future products, websites, cloud services, mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and related services available through the Platform.

This Policy forms part of the adamsbridge App General Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to all other applicable agreements.

Our goal is to maintain a secure, reliable, and trusted platform for all users.

You may use the Platform only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business or personal purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with:

  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover source code except where permitted by law.

6. Content Standards

You are responsible for all content that you upload, create, store, transmit, or share through the Platform.

You must not upload or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful or fraudulent.

You must not use third-party integrations in a way that:

  • Violates third-party agreements.
  • Compromises Platform security.
  • Attempts unauthorized access to external systems.
  • Misuses credentials or authentication tokens.

You must respect the privacy rights of others.

You may not use the Platform to:

Customers remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws when using the Platform.

11. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use

Where Products include automation, artificial intelligence, or machine learning capabilities, you must not use those features to:

  • Generate unlawful or fraudulent content.
  • Mislead or impersonate individuals or organizations.
  • Create harmful, deceptive, or malicious outputs.
  • Circumvent safety controls or platform restrictions.
  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Additional Product Terms may apply to AI-powered features.

12. Monitoring and Enforcement

To protect the Platform and its users, adamsbridge App may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

  • Remove or restrict access to content.
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts.
  • Limit access to specific Products or Services.
  • Disable integrations or APIs.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

Our enforcement actions will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

13. Reporting Misuse

If you believe the Platform is being used in violation of this Policy, please notify us promptly.

When reporting misuse, please provide:
